How To Make Fried Rice



If you are a fan of fried rice then you will love this ham fried rice recipe of mine! Ham takes on an Asian flare. I like having this as a side dish to go with other meals. I love it when I can just grab this ~Ham Fried Rice~ out of my freezer. It makes busy nights to get supper on easy peasy. Just heat & eat this baby up & its all done.

If you have left over ham from the holiday here is a way to use up that leftover ham!!! I also love freezing this fried rice up for our Asian Fake Out Take Out Meals that I do make. Or its even great for the moden day TV DINNERS as well. I like it when I can food bank some already made meals ahead of time.

**LEFT-OVERS . . . MAKE OVERS**
~Ham Fried Rice~
1 - 1 1/2 c chopped cooked ham
3 c cooked rice
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 small onion chopped up
1/2 c frozen peas
1/2 c carrots chopped up
2 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
green onions sliced up (garnish)
Get wok nice & hot. Put sesame oil in wok, add ham, onion & carrot. Stir-fry until veggies are tender crisp & when the sweetness devolpes in the veggies & ham is heated through. Add cooked rice, soy sauce. Stir-fry for a minute or two, add frozen peas. Cooked an additional minute. XOXO Enjoy!!!

Chicken Teriyaki Fried Rice Servings: 4-6 INGREDIENTS 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed 1 cup teriyaki sauce 2 teaspoons oil ½ cup onion, diced 1 tablespoon garlic, minced ½ cup carrots, diced 1 cup broccoli florets 3 eggs, beaten 3 cups cooked brown rice 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil Pepper, to taste PREPARATION 1. Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce in the refrigerator for at least an hour. 2. In a wok or deep skillet, add the chicken in the teriyaki marinade and cook thoroughly over high heat.
