How To Make Fried Rice

Veg Fried Rice or Corn Fried Rice is an Indo-Chinese recipe prepared using vegetables like onions, beans and carrots tossed along with par boiled american sweet corn and mixed along with sauces of various kinds and spices along with rice of course.

Veg Fried Rice 2017 | Corn Fried Rice Restaurant Style

Ingredients

02 Cups Rice And
01 Cup Sweet Corn Kernels
02 tsp Salt
06 Cups Water (to Boil Rice)
01 tbl Spoon Cooking Oil (Sesame/Vegetable Oil)
01 Onion (Finely Chopped)
1/4 Cup Beans
1/4 Cup Carrot
03 Green Chilies
1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder
01 tsp Salt
01 tsp Ajinomoto (MSG)
1/4 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
01 tsp White Vinegar
1/2 tbl Spoon Red Chili Sauce

Cooking Instructions

1) Par boil the Corn Kernels in a vegetable steamer, and keep aside for later use.

2) Boil rice for upto 80% and keep in fridge for corn fried rice.

3) To a wok / kadhai, Add oil, and cooking at a high flame, add all the vegetables and stir fry, beginning with onions, followed by french beans, carrots, green chilies and par boiled corn kernels.

4) Add all the spices followed by sauces which include white vinegar, dark soy sauce and red chili sauce for preparing Corn Fried Rice And

5) Finally add the rice which was in fridge and toss along all the ingredients in the wok, serve Veg Fried Rice hot along with Gobi Manchurian, enjoy :)
