How To Make Fried Rice



Schezwan Fried Rice is a slight twist to your normal Chinese fried rice. The Schezwan chutney gives this dish a spicy flavour. If you crave for something spicy for dinner, then this is definitely a must-try dish.

Schezwan Fried Rice
Ingredients:
1) 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala
2) 4 tablespoon. of oil
3) 2 cups of chopped vegetables of your choice (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, french beans, etc)
4) 6 cups of boiled rice
5) Chopped spring onion for garnishing

Method:
Step 1
Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan & stir-fry 2 cups of chopped vegetables of your choice (carrot, capsicum, onion, cabbage, French beans, etc) for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2
Add 6 cups of boiled rice (leftover rice from last night's dinner is perfect) to the vegetables. Add Ching’s Secret Schezwan Masala & stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3
Your Schezwan Fried Rice is ready.

Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot.
