How to Make Bacon Fried Rice

Follow along as I prepare my family's favorite dish: Fried Rice. This is not ordinary fried rice. No peas. No frozen vegetables. Just fresh ingredients and a new technique. This is easy and delicious!

Ingredient List:
3 c rice, boiled and chilled
1/2 lb bacon
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
5 carrots, peeled, trimmed, and chopped
1 lb pork, cubed
1/4 soy sauce
1 T corn starch
green onions
sesame seeds
avocado oil
sesame oil
ginger
garlic
