How To Make Fried Rice



SIMPLE SAUSAGE FRIED RICE

Ingredients

Cooked rice- 3 cups
chicken sausages- 1&1/2 cups
Scrambled eggs- 2
Garlic- 3 cloves finely chopped
Chopped Carrots- 1/4 cup
Chopped beans- 1/4 cup
Capsicums- 1/2 cup
Spring onions- for garnishing
Soya sauce-1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce- 1 tbsp( mild spicy)
Pepper powder- 1&1/2 tsp
Oil -2 &1/2 tbsp
Salt- as per taste

Method
- Heat oil in a wok or frying pan , add finely chopped garlic, fry this until it's raw taste goes off.
-Add carrots and beans, sauté it for a while.
- Add sausages sauté it.
-Add scrambled eggs and pepper powder.
- sprinkle some salt.
- Add chopped bell peppers and cook it for sometime.
-Add cooked and cooled long grain rice .
- pour some soya sauce and chilli sauce.mix it well in medium high flame for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions.

leftover rice recipe,sausage recipe, non veg recipe, cheat meal recipe.
Note:
*For perfect fried rice ,confirm the rice has completely cooled down before adding in to the pan.
*Salt has to be added carefully, because sausages and sauces have got enough salt in it.
